Nerf or attack delay on bleeding

When it comes to pvp in elite survival there seems to be a huge issue with how bleeding is integrated with swords, it seems that as an ability it does uncanny amounts of knockback crippling the opponent aswell as being stackable, and based on per click, not per hit, or even critical hit, I think in order to balance bleeding as an affect it should be treated like a critical hit marker, aka only capable of being inflicted while your swing is fully charged, people just spam click, keeping you from going in, or taking 3-4 full hearts of damage with some of the best armor for pvp, not only do I wish for a nerf on bleeding, I would like to see ways that Axes can be used better in pvp, thank you.
