The Builder System

Information 
Builder:
- A player may obtain the Builder rank by creating a build that is of good quality, and then having that build reviewed via petition. /build submit
- The build itself must be nicely designed, using a variety of blocks, shapes and details.
- The player submitting the build must be at least Member. The Member rank is obtained by using the ‘/check’ command after playing on Matecraft for 1 or more hours.
- Under any circumstances, NO pixelart is accepted for Builder.
- If more than one player is working on a Builder project, the build must be of exceptional quality to be considered for approval.
- Build MUST be on the Creative server.

The Tiers of Builder:

- BuilderⅠ:
Builder I gets all basic WorldEdit commands, including //replace, //copy, //paste , and //fixwater.

- BuilderIX:
Builder IX is the plots focused rank.

- BuilderX:
Builder X, the final rank of builder, gives access to every safe WorldEdit command as well as using goPaint outside of plots and exporting your own heightmaps as goBrush brushes.
BuilderX also grants the ability to merge up to 10 plots in ALL plot worlds as well as the use of Armor Stand Tools via /ast


Designer:
- Designer is the next step up from BuilderX, for those who want to test the versatility and adaptability of their building skill.
- BuilderX must be earned BEFORE Designer Tier 1. The same build may not be used for both ranks.
- These Tiers cannot be skipped, and have to be completed in the set order.
- Any Designer Build submitted is expected to be of, no less than, BuilderX quality. Anything less will require reworking and resubmission.

Below is an explanation of the tier system for Designers:

DesignerIV [⚒ⅩⅠⅤ] - Build Style: Sci-Fi
DesignerV [⚒ⅩⅤ] - Build Style: Modern


WorldShaper: +
- WorldShaper is a complimentary tag given to those individuals who have had a build used as part of an official server project and who have not yet earned Architect. [Does not include minigame map submissions]
- The one prerequisite of the WorldShaper tag is that the player must have already earned Designer Tier 5 [or Builder Tier 15 if you prefer].
- This tag replaces the standard Builder/Designer Tag on Creative and grants access to the global ‘WorldShaper’ tag in /tags.


Architect:
Architects are responsible for heading projects for Matecraft and have main design control over the projects.
Architects are able to 'recruit' BuilderX's and WorldShapers to help with server projects.
